Danice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) that brings an interactive and engaging approach to working with her clients. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Rehabilitation Services and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland-Baltimore.
Danice primarily works with adult survivors of childhood trauma to support them on their journey of healing. She is a certified trauma therapist and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on her client’s needs. Danice has a niche' for specializing in eating disorders among Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC). She is committed to providing psychoeducation to raise awareness and reduce the stigma among the BIPOC population and therapeutic services to underserved and under diagnosed communities of color.
Danice integrates skills and knowledge from Evidenced Based therapeutic techniques into treatment with clients. She believes in the strength and resilience of her clients and implements techniques to offer an individualized approach tailored to each client.
Danice's is focused on treating trauma and other conditions that include Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

Kwajera has over fifteen years of experience working with at risk populations. She acquired her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tuskegee University and her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland. Kwajera is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional clinician with experience in program development, management, supervision, training, and therapeutic interventions to enable clients and family systems to build on their strengths. A visionary whose mission embraces the ideals of systemic change by providing comprehensive interventions to prevent and reduce the adverse effects of trauma, mental health disorders, relational conflict, and loss among at-risk, urban and marginalized populations. She is energetic, intuitive, innovative, and dedicated to working with individuals, families, communities, and organizations to empower those most vulnerable to self-actualize.
Kwajera has been employed in the private, non-profit and government sectors serving individuals, children, families, and Veterans. She began her career at a non-profit where she did a lot of MACRO level practice and community organizing. Kwajera also provided case management, crisis intervention and counseling to individuals with co-occurring disorders and substance use disorders, which resulted in her discovery of the effects of untreated trauma. She then spent several years with the Department of Veterans Affairs serving homeless Veterans and Veterans returning from Active-Duty operations to Iraq and Afghanistan with combat trauma along with female Veterans with histories of military sexual trauma. Kwajera served as a Home Study Specialist and Clinical Coordinator for treatment foster care agencies, one of which she developed and managed a Therapeutic Family Services program. She has served as a Field Supervisor for Bachelor's and Master's Social Work students at Coppin State University, University of Maryland, Baltimore and Morgan State University.
Kwajera provides clinical and therapeutic interventions along with psychoeducation and training to churches, community organizations and parents with histories of complex developmental trauma. She is a Masters Addictions Counselor and holds a certificate in Trauma Counseling. She is a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner and has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) evidenced based treatment modalities. Kwajera integrates other therapeutic interventions like Mindfulness, Theraplay, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) into treatment as well.
As a result of extensive clinical practice, Kwajera is equipped with an understanding of attachment, sensory processing, childhood development, brain chemistry, and the impact of trauma. She provides therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation training regarding the implications of trauma on the brain to facilitate healing from past trauma and correct maladaptive behaviors in an effort to mitigate the onset, progression, and exacerbation of chronic mental illness in our communities.

LaTonya is a licensed master's social worker (LMSW) passionate about mental health awareness and advocacy. She is proud alumna of The University of Baltimore where she earned her Bachelor's degree. in Criminal Justice and she obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Morgan State University in 2021. LaTonya enjoys working with adults, teenagers and children (5+) who have experienced trauma, loss, grief, life transitions, mood disorders like anxiety and depression and other mental health challenges. Ms. Epps recently has taken interest in providing psychoeducation groups for parents with children exploring their sexuality and gender identity. She has varied experience with crisis intervention, community based work, individual, family, and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation. LaTonya has served as a Reentry Coordinator with the individuals pursuing higher education as part of their transition from incarceration to civilian life. She enjoys working with clients and families who have been affected by the criminal justice system and navigating re-entry amidst mental health challenges and generational traumas. Latonya has since worked in pediatric behavioral health providing brief interventions to children and families who present with mental and behavioral health concerns. She plans to use her knowledge and the skills she has gained working with both populations to ensure the best treatment interventions for individuals she serves.
